Wij hanteren de door RIVM, IGJ, NZA en het ministerie VWS goedgekeurde leidraad, en zijn er wel voorwaarden aan verbonden. Ook zal van gewone praktijk voering zoals voor de Corona crisis voorlopig geen sprake zijn. We doen ons best om het geheel zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen. Het kan zijn dat door de aangepaste werkwijze, behandelingen soms anders gaan of langer duren dan normaal.

Onderstaande regels zijn voor U van groot belang:

1. Ook bij ons in de praktijk is het dringende advies om bij binnenkomst, vertrek en in de wachtkamer een mondkapje te dragen. Dit geldt voor personen van 12 jaar en ouder. Zodra u in de behandelkamer bent, kunt u uw mondkapje af doen.
2. Als u een afspraak heeft kom op tijd en niet meer dan 5 minuten te vroeg.

U belt de afspraak af indien u:

1. Corona heeft, of genezen bent van Corona korter dan 2 weken geleden.
2. Huisgenoten of gezinsleden met corona heeft.
3. Zelf of uw huisgenoten een of meerdere van onderstaande symptomen heeft: verkouden, niezen (hooikoorts?), hoesten, keelpijn, benauwdheid of koorts boven de 38 graden heeft. Uiteraard beschikken wij over een infrarood thermometer. Bij twijfel kunnen we bij u uw temperatuur opnemen.
4. Woonachtig bent in verpleegtehuis of instelling.
5. Een verhoogde kans op infectie heeft.
6. ❗ Bij twijfel bel of mail voor overleg!

1. Het kan zijn dat wij u uw mond laten spoelen gedurende 1 minuut met een desinfectie middel bij bepaalde behandelingen.
2. Informatie in de praktijk, zoals afspraken, uitleg folders etc proberen wij zoveel mogelijk via email te geven. Dus controleer u email adres bij ons of geef het door.
3. Na iedere behandeling wordt alles goed ontsmet. Voor de zuivering van de lucht in de kamers wordt gebruik gemaakt van de Viruskiller Radic8 VK401. Het neutraliseert 99,99999% van de virussen in één enkele luchtstroom.

新型コロナウイルス感染拡大における当院の感染予防対策に関して

当歯科医院では口腔ケアを再開しました。再開に当たり、当医院は国立公衆衛生環境研究所（RIVM）、保健・青少年検査局（IGJ）、オランダ医療サービス庁（NZA）および厚生労働省（VWS）のコロナウイルス感染症対策ガイドラインと規定に従って診療を行っています。診療体制が変わっているため当面は新型コロナウイルス禍前と全く同じ歯科診療は難しく、一部の治療は通常とは異なる方法で行われたり、通常よりも時間がかかることがありますが、どの治療もできるだけスムーズに行われるよう最善を尽くしています。

当院での受診のルール

次のルールは感染対策の一環として患者さんにとって非常に重要です。ご不自由・ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、ご理解ご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。

1. 1. すでに予約をされている方は、予約時間を厳守ください。ただし密集・密接を防ぐために5分以上早く来院することは避けてください。
2. 2. 近い将来にアポイントメントがある場合は、原則として通常通り診察・治療は行われますが、医療情勢の変化に合わせて調整をさせていただく場合がございます。ご了承ください。
3. 3. 次の場合は、電話でご予約のキャンセルをしてください。

1. 現在新型コロナウイルスに感染しているか、2週間以内に新型コロナウイルスに感染し回復期にいる。
2. 新型コロナウイルス感染症のルームメイト、ハウスメイト、または家族がいる。
3. 次の症状の1つ以上が患者さん自身または患者さんのハウスメイト・家族にみられる:　風邪、くしゃみ（花粉症？）、咳、喉の痛み、息切れ、38度を超える熱。確信がない場合は、当医院で赤外線温度計による検温を行わせていただきます。
4. 老人ホームまたはそのような施設に住んでいる。
5. 感染のリスクが高い。
6. 確信がない場合は、電話またはメールでご相談ください。

4. ご来院時の際

1. 可能な限りおひとりでご来院ください （家族コントロールを除く）。
2. お子様の治療の保護者の付き添いは1名に限られています。
3. 歯科医師が患者さんの健康状態が疑わしいと判断した場合は、治療は延期されます。ご了承の程よろしくお願いいたします。
4. 手指の消毒をお願いします。待合室に手指消毒用のアルコール80％のスプレーと

ウエットティッシュを設置しておりますので、ご利用ください。治療後もご使用

ください！

1. 握手はご遠慮ください。
2. 顔（目、口、鼻）に触れないでください。
3. くしゃみや咳をする際は肘の内側を口元にあててください。
4. 待合室では他の人から1.5メートル以上離れてお待ちください。
5. 待合室に設置していた雑誌は撤去しました。
6. 当医院のトイレは使用できませんので、ご自宅で済まされてからご来院ください。
7. 治療によって、消毒剤で1分間口をすすぐことをお願いすることがあります。ご協力ください。
8. 当医院の診療に関する情報（予約、説明、パンフレットなど）を電子メールでご提供するよう努めています。登録いただいたメールアドレスが正しいかご確認ください。また登録いただいていない場合は、ご検討ください。（当歯科医院では個人情報は「一般データ保護規則」(GDPR)に基づき適正に取り扱っております）。

MEASURES IN OUR PRACTICE in relation to coronavirus

We are open again for regular oral care. To make this possible, we follow the guidelines and provisions of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), Dutch Health and Youth Care (IGJ), Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZA) and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS). Dental practice such as before the coronavirus crisis is not possible for the time being. We do our best to make everything run as smoothly as possible, however please be aware that some treatments will be performed differently or will take longer than usual due to the adjusted procedures.

The following rules are of great importance to you:

1. If you have an appointment, please be on time but not earlier than 5 minutes before.
2. If you already have a planned appointment, it will take place as usual in principle, but we may approach you to make adjustments in relation to the modified working conditions.
3. Please call to cancel the appointment if you:

1. Have a coronavirus infection or had a coronavirus infection less than 2 weeks ago and you are in the recovering phase.
2. Have housemates or family members with a coronavirus infection.
3. If you or your housemates/family have one or more of the following symptoms: cold, sneezing (hay fever?), cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or fever above 38°C. As it would be expected, we have an infrared thermometer. In case of doubt, we will measure your temperature on site.
4. You live in a nursing home or institution.
5. Have an increased risk of infection.
6. When in doubt, call or email for a consultation!

4. When you come to the dental practice:

1. Come alone if possible (except family controls).
2. When treating a child, only one parent/supervisor is allowed.
3. If you seem to be sick based on our judgment, your treatment will be postponed.
4. Disinfect your hands using the 70% alcohol spray bottles or wipes provided in the waiting room. Also after the appointment!
5. Do not shake hands and do not touch your eyes, mouth and nose.
6. Sneeze or cough into your flexed elbow.
7. Keep at least 1.5 meters distance from others in the waiting room.
8. The magazines were removed from the waiting room.
9. The toilet in the practice is closed. Please go to the toilet at home.
10. We may ask you to rinse your mouth for 1 minute with a disinfectant for certain treatments.
11. We try to provide information about our practice (appointments, explanations, brochures, etc.) via email. Please check if the email address you have provided to us is correct or you have not done it yet, please do so. We process your personal data following the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
