**Rootcanal treatment**

**shinkei no chiryou**    
神経の治療：

神経まで虫歯が及んだ場合や歯の根っこの先端に膿みが溜

まっている状態の歯に行われ、神経を全て取り除く処置で

す。

治療中、消毒剤として高濃度の塩素系の薬剤を使う

為、治療後２、３日は痛みを伴う事があるかもしれません

が、自然に痛みが消失していくので、問題はありません。

この治療は麻酔下で行なわれます。
(This is a treatment for caries which reaches until nerve and the teeth which has apical infection.This is done by pulpectomy.

 As a irrigation ,we use NAOCL so patient might have a pain due to this after treatment. But this will disappear so this pain is no problem. (
This treatment is done under anestheasia.)

	Preoperative röntgen with an infection at the end of the root.
	Röntgen to check the length of your roots. Almost all the molars have four rootcanals.
	First filling in posittion.
	Postoperative röntgen for checking the position of the fill..
